On the day of your arrival you will receive the Salzburger Saalachtal Card from us free of charge. The tourist card for the region is valid from the 1 May - 31 October. Take advantage of the offers of free entry to many attractions, discounts and other benefits.

Steinbergbad in Lofer
Enjoy crystal clear water and a fantastic panoramic view of the Lofer Mountains. The family swimming pool offers a range of facilities for children and adults: adventure pool with water slide, sunbathing area, children's pool and a thrilling white water stream.
Travel by bus through the Berchtesgaden National Park and Weißbach Nature Park. Visit the most beautiful alpine pastures in the region and journey via Hirschbichl to the Bavarian Hintersee/Ramsau, without having to hike!
Vorderkaserklamm in St.Martin
The Vorderkaserklamm gorge between St Martin and Weißbach bei Lofer is one of the natural wonders in the Salzburger Saalachtal. The secure walkways and steps make the gorge easy to explore and also ideal for a family excursion.
Seisenbergklamm in Weißbach
The Seisenbergklamm gorge - the gateway to the Weißbach Nature Park - takes about 1 hour to explore. This excursion is suitable for the whole family. Along the route, the Klammgeist (gorge spirit) tells children and adults about the interesting history of the gorge.
Gondola lifts 1 and 2: The Almenwelt Lofer lies at 1,400 m above sea level and is one of the most beautiful hiking and biking paradises in Austria. Numerous alpine huts, various hiking trails and an incredible mountain panorama await you!
Lamprechtshöhle cave in St Martin
The Lamprechtshöhle cave between St Martin and Weißbach bei Lofer is one of the natural wonders in the Saalachtal valley. With a depth of around 51 km, it is one of the largest cave systems in Europe.
Free bus & train travel
The Salzburger Saalachtal Card offers you the opportunity to explore the Pinzgau region free of charge. It includes free bus and train travel throughout the entire Pinzgau region, including to Lofer, Unken, Bad Reichenhall and the city of Salzburg. From Zell am See to Krimml, you can use the Pinzgau railway service free of charge.
The regional museum in Unken takes you back in time and tells the history of the Saalachtal.
